- Both Blackline and Leads United have signed a white label agreement with Attentio allowing the two agencies to service their clients directly through their own branded dashboard.
- With Attentio Brand Dashboard™, customers will be able to receive reporting of buzz and demographics in relation to their own and competitor’s brands and products.
- This online service uses charts to visualize buzz trends, share of buzz, detection of bursting events, and breakdown by source, topic and country.
- The service is used to monitor and analyze social media such as blogs, forums and news sites to provide comprehensive insight into online consumer behavior and attitudes.
- The online monitoring service allows for brand tracking, issues monitoring and competitive analysis in several countries and languages at the same time.
- Attentio's dashboard has specific sentiment tracking and event detection features which allow us to have a feel for potential brand related issues before they reach a critical level.
- Blackline will use the analysis features of the dashboard to create regular industry insight and online trend reports.
- The service is available as from today to all Blackline & Leads United clients as an addition to the traditional paper clipping and news monitoring service.
