Social Media Summer training for business communicators.

Come and join us on August 20 from 14H00 till 17H00 for a half day hands on training session on using Really Simple Content Syndication (RSS) for Business Communicators.

RSS is the tool that will allow you to automatically distribute your content (press releases, audio-files, video-files, fact sheets, updates) online to a multitude of platforms and in different formats. At the same time, understanding RSS allows for real time online monitor of a multitude of sources - think blogs, websites, news-sites, forums...) on what is being said about your company, product and services.

Here's what you will learn during this 3 hour session:

  • Possible business communications applications of RSS.
  • How to recognize RSS feeds online ?
  • How to read/manage RSS feeds ?
  • How to create your own personalised monitoring system ?
